Google Docs hat Musikdateien verloren

 

Der ein oder andere Nutzer wird von Google eine Mail erhalten haben oder noch bekommen. Darin geht es um verlorene Musikdateien, die aber nach Korrektur des Fehlers wiederhergestellt wurden.

In der Mail schreibt Google, dass man den Kontakt wegen eines kürzlichen technischen Fehlers suche, der dazu führt habe, dass Audio-Dateien aus dem Google Docs Account gelöscht wurden. Nachdem man das Problem entdeckt habe, habe man damit begonnen die betroffenen Dateien so schnell wie möglich wiederherzustellen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Kontaktaufnahme seien die betroffenen Dateien schon vollständig wiederhergestellt.

Weiterhin sei das Problem behoben, um zu verhindern, dass in Zukunft ein ähnliches Problem Dateien löscht. Google entschuldigt sich und stellt noch einmal klar, dass man weitere Schritte unternehmen werde, die den Account schützen und ähnliches in Zukunft verhindern.

Hello,
We are contacting you because of a recent technical issue that caused the deletion of audio files uploaded to your username@Google Mail.com Google Docs account. Once we discovered the problem we worked to restore any affected data as soon as possible. Your uploaded audio files should be fully restored at this time.

We have fixed the problem in order to prevent this incident from happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We want to reassure you that we are making improvements to continue protecting your account and to help prevent similar problems in the future.
